Common questions
How do I get the right physical size?
Measure the height or width you want, choose that measurement in Size, and enter the number. The other side stays proportional. Transparent padding is trimmed for cutouts. Print a ruler check, measure it with a real ruler, and use the same paper and settings for the full project. Turn off Fit to page or scaling when the print route offers it.
My printer is not listed.
AirPrint requires a compatible reachable printer. Check the printer’s power, paper, network, and manufacturer instructions. You can also Share PDF and print it through another app or a printing service. LifeSize does not include a printer, paper, ink, or third-party printing service.
How do I put the pages together?
Use matching paper, one PDF page per sheet, single-sided, at 100% / actual size. Arrange pages using their row and column labels, trim the dashed edge, line up the repeated overlap, and tape from the back. A grown-up can help with scissors and mounting.
Will enhancement make every picture perfectly sharp?
No. On-device enhancement can smooth edges and estimate detail, up to 4× for supported images on iOS 18+. Compare with the original and use Print one art test page before printing a large project. Small or blurry originals can still look soft. Larger source files are best.
What sizes and paper does LifeSize support?
Finished height ranges from 6 inches to 10 feet, with width following the source aspect ratio. Choose height or width, feet/inches, inches, or centimeters. Paper is US Letter or A4 in portrait or landscape. Export supports up to 400 sheets; enhancement output is limited by device memory.
Where are my saved projects?
Open My projects using the stack button at the top of the app. Projects are stored locally on that device; they are not a LifeSize cloud account. Export copies you want to keep before removing the app. Removing LifeSize removes its local storage, while exported files and device backups are managed separately.
Can I use any character or photo?
Import a picture you have permission to use. Free-art search is provided by Openverse and its hosts; check the original source, license, and any other applicable rights. License labels do not guarantee that every use of a character or likeness is permitted. The browser option lets you find other sources to save and import.
Is it a subscription?
LifeSize is planned as a one-time $3.99 USD App Store purchase, with comparable prices in other enabled storefronts. All current app tools are included. There is no subscription or per-print credit system in this version. App Store availability depends on Apple’s review and release.
How do I request a refund?
Apple handles App Store purchases. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com for purchase assistance; Apple determines eligibility under its terms and applicable law. Contact LifeSize support for technical problems.
Lincoln Technologies provides support by email. We review requests as they arrive and do not promise a response time or 24-hour support.
